Aurora

A refreshing and simple Aurora is perfect for any occasion. Made with ginger beer, gin, and fresh lime juice, the botanicals mixed with spicy ginger makes this cocktail stand out from the classic recipe. It is an easy recipe to make and even serve as a big batch cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Empress Gin
  • 7 oz Ginger Beer
  • Splash of lime juice
  • 1 fresh mint sprig (as garnish)
  • 1 slice of cucumber (as garnish)

Steps

  1. Fill glass with ice and pour ginger beer (7 oz) till close to top leaving room for lime juice and gin. Add a splash of lime juice to taste. Pour 1 shot (1 oz) of Empress Gin down the side of the glass for a gradient effect. For garnish, use 1 cucumber slice and a Mint leaf. Be sure you activate the mint by lightly bruising it.
