Burn's Sour

A cocktail based on Cockburns white Port.


  • Cockburns White Port 50ml
  • Lemon Juice 30ml
  • Triple séc 20ml
  • Sugar 10ml
  • White egg 30ml


  1. In a shaker add all the ingredients without ice and shake. then add plenty of ice, shake again until cold. After being well chilled, double strain into a previously chilled glass. decorate with lemon or orange zest and it is ready to be served.
