A reinterpretation of the classic Negroni cocktail, with the use of white port wine, which gives this cocktail a particular soft taste with a sweetish aftertaste. Created with and named for a very special person.

Ingredients

• 1 oz. White Port
• 1 oz. Gin
• 1 oz. Red Vermouth

Steps

1. Fill the mixing glas with ice
2. Add the ingredients in the mixing glass
3. Stir
4. Put ice in a Old Fashioned glass
5. Strain on the rocks
6. Garnish with orange peel and sprinkle its essential oils
