Colombian Lover
Aguardiente-based drink inspired by an old cocktail called Canchanchara, used as a medicinal tonic. Remade to pair with the Anise flavors of aguardiente, complemented by the freshness of mint and lime. The playful, fresh, and elegant sweetness of this mixture of ingredients leaves you wishing you had a second go at it. And with a lick of brown cane sugar, just as you would with a Colombian Lover. (make it an Italian Lover with sambuca, or any strong anise-flavor liquor).
