It’s a good combination of bitter and sweet with little bit of kick in the end of the taste.

Ingredients

  • Fresh ginger
  • Fresh lemon
  • Fresh strawberry
  • Puerto de India strawberry flavored gin
  • Elderflower syrup
  • Pink pomelo juice

Steps

  1. Muddle a little piece(small slice)of fresh ginger with 1/4 of lemon and one piece of strawberry
  2. Add 50cl of the Puerto de India strawberry gin
  3. Add 25cl of elderflower syrup
  4. Add ice and top up with pink pomelo juice
  5. Shake and single strain into a ice filled glass
