A light and fruity cocktail with a slightly floral taste, with added complexity and dryness from the Vermouth. Can be enjoyed any time but especially as an aperitif!
Ingredients
- Pear Cider and White Vermouth. Optional Soda Water
Steps
- 3:1 — Three parts pear cider to one part white vermouth.
- This keeps the cider as the dominant flavor while adding a touch of herbal complexity and dryness from the vermouth. You can adjust based on your taste:
- For a lighter touch: Try 4:1 or even 5:1.
- For a more cocktail-like experience: Go 2:1, especially if you're adding bitters or citrus.
- Optional Enhancements:
- Add a splash of soda water for effervescence.
- Garnish with a slice of pear, lemon twist, or fresh thyme.
