1914
              The cocktail is inspired by World War 1. During the time, British soldiers were given rum ration which is basically a shot or 30ml of rum. I decided to use that as a base and use available spirit during the time which is DOM Benedictine as well as Martini Rosso with Elderflower syrup. 
              
            
                        Ingredients
- 30ml Aged or Spiced Rum Rum ( Flor De Cana 18)
 - 10ml DOM Benedictine
 - 10ml Martini Rosso (Sweet Vermouth)
 - 5ml Elderflower syrup
 - Orange rind
 
Steps
- Mix all the ingredients together in a Boston shaker with 2 blocks of ice.
 - Pour it over a small cocktail glass.
 - Cut a strip of orange rind.
 - Squeeze to release the orange oil.
 - Drop the rind into the cocktail glass.
