Burn's Sour
              A cocktail based on Cockburns white Port.
              
            
                        Ingredients
- Cockburns White Port 50ml
 - Lemon Juice 30ml
 - Triple séc 20ml
 - Sugar 10ml
 - White egg 30ml
 
Steps
- In a shaker add all the ingredients without ice and shake. then add plenty of ice, shake again until cold. After being well chilled, double strain into a previously chilled glass. decorate with lemon or orange zest and it is ready to be served.
